Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage with customers, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. Assist customers in making their selections, offering recommendations, and ensuring their preferences are met. Craft and serve our delectable gelato and churros with precision and passion. Handle cash and transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and inviting store environment, including regular cleaning and restocking. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy. Qualifications: A genuine passion for creating delightful customer experiences. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
