Privacy and cookies

This page explains what happens to your data when you use rajissimo.com. We keep it simple: the site has no accounts and no shop checkout, and the only form is the contact form.

Who is responsible

Rajissimo V/Nader Taj Mohammad · CVR 29873909 · Nygade 6, 1164 København K · hej@rajissimo.com

What we process when you visit

Technical data. When a page loads, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and keep it secure. Basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

Photos. Images are loaded from our storage provider (Supabase), which therefore receives your IP address.

Map. Only if you click “Show map”, your browser loads a map from OpenStreetMap, whose operator then receives your IP address. Nothing is loaded before you click.

Links. Wolt, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok are ordinary links. Once you follow one, their own privacy policies apply.

When you write to us

Contact form. We receive the name, email address, optional phone number, topic and message you type, and we use them only to reply to you. The message is delivered to our mailbox through our email provider (Resend). We keep it as long as we need it to answer you and follow up. Basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, and taking steps at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).

Confirmation email. After you send a message we send one short email to the address you gave, saying we received it. Nothing else is sent to that address.

Bot check. To keep robots out we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives your IP address and browser details when the form is shown and sent. Basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of spam.

Analytics (only if you accept)

If you click “Accept”, we load the Google tag. It contains Google Analytics 4, to see which pages are visited so we can improve the site, and Google Ads measurement, to see whether visits and actions come from our ads. It sets the cookies listed below. The tag is set to switch off Google signals and ad personalisation, and Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses.

Google may process the data in the United States. Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and Standard Contractual Clauses apply as a fallback. We keep analytics data for up to 14 months.

Basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and the Danish cookie rules). If you click “Reject”, or do not answer, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

Changing your choice

Use “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time to accept or reject again. Rejecting removes the analytics cookies. Your choice is remembered in your own browser (the item “rj-consent” in local storage) for about 6 months, then we ask again.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, ask for a copy, and withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us using the details above.

You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk.
