2. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through Rajissimo's website.

Currently, the website offers:

  • Digital Rajissimo Gift Cards

  • Digital top-ups for Rajissimo Loyalty Cards

Additional products or services may be added in the future.

3. Ordering

By completing an order through our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

An order becomes binding once payment has been successfully completed and you receive confirmation of your purchase.

4. Prices

Customers choose the amount they wish to purchase for Gift Cards or Loyalty Card top-ups.

All prices displayed on the website are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT where applicable.

5. Payment

Payments are securely processed through Vipps MobilePay.

Available payment methods may include MobilePay, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods supported by Vipps MobilePay at the time of purchase.

Payment is captured immediately after the purchase has been completed.

6. Delivery

Gift Cards and Loyalty Card top-ups are delivered digitally.

Delivery takes place automatically immediately after payment has been successfully processed. In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to technical issues.

Digital Gift Cards are sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Loyalty Card top-ups are credited electronically to the selected Loyalty Card.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Because Rajissimo sells digital products that are delivered immediately after purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal may be limited in accordance with applicable Danish and EU consumer legislation.

By completing the purchase and requesting immediate digital delivery, the customer acknowledges that delivery begins immediately.

If a purchase has not yet been delivered or activated, customers may contact hej@rajissimo.com to request cancellation.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights provided under Danish law.

8. Refunds

Refund requests should be submitted by email to hej@rajissimo.com and should include all relevant purchase information.

Refunds may be granted in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Technical errors

  • Orders that could not be completed or delivered

If a refund is approved, the amount will normally be returned using the original payment method within 14 days.

9. Gift Card Terms

Rajissimo Gift Cards:

  • are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase;

  • may be used in all Rajissimo stores;

  • cannot currently be redeemed through the online shop;

  • cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • are issued digitally only.

If a digital Gift Card is lost, customers should contact hej@rajissimo.com. Where ownership can be verified and the Gift Card has not been fully redeemed, Rajissimo may issue a replacement.

10. Loyalty Cards

Rajissimo Loyalty Cards are digital customer accounts that can be topped up with a chosen amount.

Loyalty Cards are not subscription services and do not involve recurring payments.

Customers decide when and how much to top up.

Rajissimo reserves the right to suspend or terminate Loyalty Cards in cases of fraud, misuse or other unlawful activity.

We aim to respond as quickly as possible and will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter.

Complaints regarding defects or errors are handled in accordance with applicable Danish consumer legislation.

12. Dispute Resolution

Customers should first contact Rajissimo in an attempt to resolve any dispute.

If a satisfactory solution cannot be reached, consumers residing in Denmark may submit a complaint to:

13. Changes to these Terms

Rajissimo reserves the right to update these Terms of Sale where necessary to comply with changes in legislation, payment services or business operations.
